How to Make Gut Gummies

All you need is 2 cups of a juice of your choice (go for organic pure fruit juice) and 6 tbsp of grass-fed gelatin. (I love this one from Perfect Supplements, you can use MOLLIE for 10% off!)

You can add honey if you want them sweeter, but I like this recipe for a good protein-to-carb ratio.

These are the silicone molds I used (they're actually ice cube trays).

They’re so simple to make and they’re great to have on hand for an easy-to-grab snack. They’re also an easy-on-the-tummy option if you don’t have a morning appetite but want to be restoring your liver glycogen after sleeping to support adrenal and hormone health!
