Your adrenals do a lot for you, and it’s time you show them a little love! They are constantly working to keep your cells nourished and body doin’ its thing. This simple drink recipe focuses on replenishing everything that gets depleted when your body is under stress. It’s simple, it’s easy, it’s delicious, and it will make you feel fabulous.
Let's talk ingredients:
Orange Juice: Make sure it's:
- Not from concentrate – only ingredient should be oranges!
- Pulp-free – we don't need that pulp slowing down absorption of these nutrients.
- Not foritied – no one needs that artificial vitamin D or calcium.
- Oragnic if you can
Half and Half: Go for grass-fed or pasture-raised if you can.
Sea Salt: Get an unrefined one.
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp half and half
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- pinch sea salt
- Add the OJ and half and half to glass.
- In a separate glass, add collagen to an ounce of warm water. Mix until dissolved.
- Add collagen water to the OJ and mix.
- Add salt and stir it all together. Sip and enjoy!
