  2. All of mine are the same except for chia seeds and coconut. I have not been able to get past the texture of the chia seeds.

    Sounds a lot like my daily diet :). I started taking collagen about 3 weeks ago and really love it!

    I used to eat almonds and other nuts but I’m no longer advised to so I avoid them. I’ve heard good things about collagen but I haven’t tried it myself!

    My lists is pretty much the same… except collagen and avocado – I use ev olive oil instead 🙂
